Built upon the basis of our "Time Machine" Artisan Keycap, "Back to the Future" Keycap Set is a complete set of new keycap designs, ready to take you back to the future world how it was imagined in the 1980s. Go back in time and place yourself in the shoes of the creators of the Cyberpunk subgenre.
Inspired by Back to the Future
Inspiration comes from the DeLorean time machine out of 1980s Sci-Fi classic Back to the Future. After 23 rounds of repeated adjustments and adaptations of the characters and color schemes, we finally were able to come up with its current design, perfectly combining modern with old-fashioned.
OEM Profile and Dye-Sublimation for a Retro-Futuristic Feel
Both look and feel have been taken into consideration with these keycaps. Its OEM profile perfectly matches CYBERBOARD. Fonts and colors are borrowed from 1980s "high-tech", while its packaging takes inspiration from cassettes and videotapes. And with today's dye-sublimation technology, the keycaps are finished in "period correct" gray for that true retro-futuristic feel.
