Refund policy

Our policy lasts 14 days for general items. If the time is due, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
There are certain situations we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
▪ 14 days have gone by since you received the item.
▪ Any item is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
▪ We cannot refund due to the reason "size does not fit" or "brought the wrong size". Please check the size guide carefully prior to purchase.
▪ Dislike due to personal preferences.
▪ Original product packaging has been removed, affecting resale.
▪ Transactions not originating from Angry Miao’s official or authorized platforms, such as second-hand market orders.
▪ Internal discoloration, scratches, color differences are normal phenomena, as well as minor cosmetic blemishes (spots or discoloration less than 0.3mm in diameter), air bubbles, and color variations that do not affect usability are not covered under after-sales service.

  1. If your order arrives damaged/faulty in any way, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
  2. We accept returns up to 3 days after delivery, only if the item is unused and in its original condition. To initiate this request, please contact us so that we can facilitate the return.
  3. We are unable to accommodate returns/refunds for discounted & customized items.
  4. If a refund request is approved, the total refund amount will not include postage, import duties, tax, etc. Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees for non-quality related returns.
  5. A restocking fee of 30%will be applied to cover the costs of processing and handling the returned item(s). An additional $50 repackaging fee per item will be charged for returned items without its original packaging.
  6. We reserve the right not to refund a product that, in our reasonable opinion, has become of unacceptable quality due to fair wear and tear, or misuse.
  7. Please Contact Us first if you want a refund or exchange. We refuse to deal with self-returned products.
  8. Refunds will commence within 7 business days after returned items have been sent back to our warehouse and inspected. Where possible, funds will be processed back in the same way they were paid to Angry Miao.
  9. If there is insufficient stock of exchanging products, we will inform you about the specific treatment.
  10. If you decide to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 3 days after your order is placed. Terms in this policy will apply for any changes or cancellations after shipment.
  11. You will be refunded after we receive the returned product and check it. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.
  12. If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

    If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
