The AM INFINITY MOUSE is manufactured using precision parts. Due to certain tolerances in materials and assembly, slight deviations in button sound and feel, or minor rattles when shaking the mouse may be present. This is considered normal and does not affect the functionality and service life of the device.
The AM INFINITY MOUSE has a spray-coated finish. Therefore, minor appearance defects on the internal support parts or visible areas may be present.
Due to limitations involving the magnesium-aluminum alloy die-casting process, we cannot guarantee that the hollowed-out frame is 100% free of minor defects such as porosity.
The default polling rate is 8K. If you experience lag, it may be caused by insufficient computer performance or game compatibility issues. You can adjust the polling rate to 1K in AM Master to solve this issue.
The Neon Shadow variant of the AM INFINITY MOUSE is manually spray coated, which may result in slight color variations or imperfections in the final product. Minor aesthetic defects, such as spots or marks smaller than 0.3mm in the front side, blisters, and color inconsistencies, are considered normal and do not fall under the after-sales warranty. If you encounter more significant cosmetic issues, please reach out to our support team for assistance.
The Cloud White features a UV-coated finish that is slightly harder to the touch compared to Basalt Black. To maintain its appearance, please keep the surface clean during daily use, as stains can lead to discoloration if not promptly addressed.
The hollowed-out metal skeleton aids in heat dissipation. Sweaty hands won't damage critical components such as the PCB. However, please avoid direct liquid splashes or submersion during everyday use.
Accidental Water Exposure – Immediate Action Required Upon accidental water exposure, please disconnect the power immediately, wipe off any surface fluids, and blow-dry it thoroughly with cool air or let it air dry completely. Ensure the internal components are completely dry before using the mouse again. Do not operate the mouse while it is wet, to prevent residual moisture from damaging the circuitry.
Liquid Damage – Not Covered by Warranty The motherboard of this mouse does not feature a waterproof coating, and the mouse is not a fully sealed structure. There are openings necessary for normal operation around the sensor, micro-switches, and other components.
Any liquid (including water, beverages, sweat, etc.) that enters the mouse through these openings is considered liquid ingress. Regardless of the volume of liquid, any malfunctions, damage, or operational issues resulting from it are not covered under the product's warranty. Please exercise care and protect your device during daily use.

I have been using this mouse for a few months now and I was definitely skeptical by the website at first but it’s amazing. I was looking for a wireless mouse to replace my glorious o- and this is perfect.
The weight of this mouse is definitely lighter and the rechargeable swappable batteries make my life so much easier since with my ex mouse I would forget to charge it until it was dead and then when I went to charge it would register funky in my PC and not react properly (ex. movement was registered but clicks weren’t).
The one issue with this mouse is that I can see it being difficult to adjust to for people who like to grip a mouse with a huge hump. I personally don’t like my palm touching the mouse (see pic im a weird little side of the mouse holder), so it wasn’t too bad. For people who prefer smaller mice because they have the same preference as me, this mouse is a standard size, which is usually a problem for me, but the clicks are still easy and convenient even when held further back (ie. you can easily register a click from the edge of right click button closest towards your body).

The mouse has had 2 very critical issues so far. The middle mouse button gets stuck and cause windows to not allow me to close applications or click anything in the task bar unless I ctrl alt del or sign out and back in. The second issue which is more random and a bigger issue is it randomly flicks straight down or up depending on how screwed it wants to make me in game. Until i receive a response from support this thing is a 0 star product !!!
