Return & Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 72 hours for general items. If the time is due, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

There are certain situations we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

      ▪ 72 hours have gone by since you received the item.

      ▪ Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

      ▪ For clothing, we cannot refund due to the reason "size not fit" or "brought the wrong size". Please check the size guide cafefully prior to purchase.

      ▪ Dislike due to personal preferences.

      ▪ Original product packaging has been removed, affecting resale.

.     ▪ Transactions not originating from Angry Miao’s official or authorized platforms, such as second-hand market orders.

.     ▪ Internal discoloration, scratches, color differences are normal phenomena, as well as minor cosmetic blemishes (spots or discoloration less than 0.3mm in diameter), air bubbles, and color variations that do not affect usability are not covered under after-sales service.

  1. If you need to refund or exchange, please click Contact Us and leave your message. We will contact you within 3 working days
  2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any missing parts will delay the refund or cause partial refunds.
  3. For clothing items, they must be returned unworn (free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear), undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
  4. You will be refunded after we receive the returned product and check it. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.
  5. If there is insufficient stock of exchanging products, we will inform you about the specific treatment.
  6. Please contact us first if you want a refund or exchange. We refuse to deal with self-returned products.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

  1.  When ordering goods from Angry Miao for international deliveries you may be subject to import duties and/or taxes. Angry Miao is not responsible for any charges that are incurred from customs/duties whatsoever. Any additional charges for customs clearance are considered outside of our control and Angry Miao cannot predict the value of these charges. For additional information on custom/duties policies in your country, please contact your local customs office.
  2. If a refund request is approved, the total refund amount will not include postage, import duties, tax, etc.

Warranty

For product warranty, please provide us a receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning and receiving your item.

Please note: For consumers under the consumer law of your country, the limited warranty service we provide may be different from the law. Your purchase is deemed to have an agreement on the 1-year limited warranty service.

 

Shipping Policy

  1. Once your order ships, we are unable to make any changes to the shipping address.
  1. We could not offer a refund or resend undelivered for the following situation. We suggest you contact the local courier:

    ▪ wrong address or phone number

    ▪ no-reply any email or call from the local courier

    ▪ refuse signing package

    ▪ refuse to pay tax

    ▪ refuse clearance

  1. How long does our shipping take:
(1) T-Shirt:We expect orders to ship within 14 days from the date of purchase. Estimated delivery dates depend on locations.
(2) CYBERBOARD:We expect orders to ship within 60 days from the date of purchase. Estimated delivery dates depend on locations.
