Due to the limited battery power of earbuds, current TWS products aren't really able to take advantage of the audio industry's most advanced algorithms.
We're about to change that witha third chip in the charging case. Two chips are located in the left and right earbuds that handle functions such as basic noise cancellation and EQ, and the third chip is located in the charging case that independently handles complex audio processing. Where can I get the up to date Angry Miao APP?
First time users, please download the app via Angry Miao APP, or search for "Angry Miao" in the Apple AppStore or Google Play Store.
App upgrade: click on "About CYBERBLADE" in the app's left sub menu and select update.
How can I update the firmware?
1. Download AM Master .
2. Remove the earbuds from the charging case, close the cover and connect CYBERBLADE to your PC using USB.
3. Open AM Master and follow the on-screen instructions to upgrade CYBERBLADE's modules to their latest versions.
4. After successfully upgrading the firmware, you can enjoy new features, including the Rich Brian Hip-Hop Booster and DIY functionality for Audio Boosters and lighting effects.
Commmon Troubleshooting
1. CYBERBLADE cannot connect to PC, ASE mode cannot be activated and staying in the charging mode(flashing green light)
Please check the list below:
a. The firmwares are all up to dateb.
b. The base and charging case are properly connectedc.
c. The base is properly connected with your system(not on a hub)
If all the parts are properly coneected, take out the earbuds, place the cover on the charging case and press the cover one time and see if the ASE mode can be activated.
2. One earbud keeps cutting in and out, unstable connection when ASE mode is activated.
Please check the following list:
a. Light sensor on the earbud can work properly and see if you got the right eartip sizeb.
b. If there are multiple wireless signals around, router, 2.4G, ZigBee, Wifi, MM wave, etc.
c. ASE chipset is up to dated.
d. Motherboard compatibility
3. Linux OS cannot detect the CYBERBLADE.
Due to the feedback we got from our Linux users. We found that if you are using PulseAudio it might not work. Please try using Pipewire and your CYBERBLADE should be able to be detected by the system.
